Helping you let go of what was never yours to carry.

Online EMDR therapy serving adults throughout WA

Specializing in treating adults struggling with trauma, anxiety and depression.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You feel older than your years, and have since you were young

  • You feel detached and disconnected from the people you care about.

  • On the surface, you’ve accomplished a lot in life, but still feel cynical about people, relationships, the world

  • You sense that your life is out of balance, but don’t know how to make it right.

It’s hard to feel like you’re really present in your life. You usually feel like you’re just going through the motions and you’re pretty confident this is related to your past, but don’t know what to do with that knowledge.

Sometimes it feels like everyone else just magically knows how to ‘do life,’ and you missed out on that part.

Hi, I’m Stacey.

I believe we can heal from our past without living in it forever.

If you’re here, you’ve found ways to survive so far. I want to help you use those skills in new and more helpful ways, while acknowledging the parts of life that can still be downright shit-shows. Life doesn’t have to be rainbows and butterflies to have meaning and value.

My clients are often creative realists - trying to balance an inspired soul with a finely-tuned ability to recognize gritty truth. They are motivated by deep curiosity and a desire to understand what’s going on below the surface, and want to make sense of their experiences. They are ready to stop carrying the heavy burdens they’ve been hauling around for far too long.

Together, we do the deeper work of truly resolving and healing those old wounds to find peace, connection and even joy in life again.

Specializing in helping adults who carry the weight of old wounds to heal and find space for themselves.

How it works

Ready to go deeper?

Step one: Test the waters.

Schedule a free 15 minute online consultation, where you can ask questions, we can learn a bit about each other, and we’ll decide together if we’re a good fit.

Step two: Dive in.

I'll work with you to give you tools, help you do the deeper work to resolve the root issues, and ensure you are supported and guided throughout the process.

Step three: Take a breath.

Live your life. Embrace and accept yourself as a whole person with new tools, insights, and perspectives. Go and do the things you were always meant to.

You don’t have to shoulder the weight alone and you don’t have to carry it forever.

Therapy without the commute

Good Faith Estimates

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
